Head PHP Full Stack Development
Experience – 7 -10 years
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Resource with a solid background in full-stack development and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web applications, and be proficient in various technologies. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-10 years of proven experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end). Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, and JavaScript. Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Codeigniter, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue.js). Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and experience managing cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Manage AWS infrastructure, including setting up and configuring servers, databases, and security policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability. Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and deployment.
