Profile Summary:-
We are seeking a customer service-oriented Relationship Manager to join our esteemed organization and work with us to cater to the relationship with Customers/Franchisees. The Relationship Manager would be responsible for the customer/franchisee delight and service satisfaction in all aspects. He/she would be assigned a minimum of 125 Customers/Franchisees during his tenure. The position would require coordination with the local state teams, internal departments, and the customer/franchisee for smoother functioning and driving the business Kendra. The duties of the relationship manager would include handling Queries, Requests, and Complaints of the customer/ franchisees over call & drive and encouraging franchisees to earn more revenue. Further, the Relationship Manager would also be responsible for ensuring the activation of service of the Customers/Franchisee from time to time.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Build a trusting relationship with Franchisees/Customers so as to maximize the value of the relationship.
- Drive business revenue of the Customer / Franchisee through constant guidance and support.
- Resolve customer Complaints /Queries/ Requests in a prompt and professional manner through coordination with various stakeholders. Innovate, share, and suggest local sales promotional activities to Customers/Franchises during the Sale period.
- Provide inputs in the development of sales and revenue of mapped franchisees.
- Proactive and Initiative taker
- Offer guidance and support to the Franchisees/ Customers by providing demos and information over call whenever needed to improve product/service experience.
- Correspond with Franchisees/Customers and State Team through email/telephone/in-house CRM system to carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide suitable responses to Franchisees/Customers and Stake Holders. Scrutinizing, verifying, and approval of Franchisee/ Customer documents and applications through the internal CRM portal.
- Approval of interior design and branding of Kendra as per company standards.
- Follow up with the Franchisees/ Customers for registration of GST number and verify the same.
- Act as a single point of contact for complaints and escalation of issues as appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with State teams/Franchisees/Customers/suppliers for ATM and hardware dispatch.
- Responsible for verifying the readiness of Kendra\\\’s location and approving the same within the given TAT.
- Ensure hand-holding for all On-Boarding processes of the mapped Franchisees/Customers.
- Facilitate training of the Franchisees/Customers and State Teams to explain the processes, products, and developments.
- Ensure completion of logistics payment and the pending amount by the Franchisees/ Customers.
- Coordinate with the assigned Franchisees/ Customers regarding the activation of Kendra services and provide the status of the same to the concerned department.
