Job Description:
- Responsible for smoother functioning of all end point devices and imaging devices in corporate offices and branches.
- Responsible to keep updated latest software updates, AV signatures in all endpoints on time to time and ensure 100% compliance in all aspects.
- Responsible for managing & maintaining inventory of IT assets in corporate offices and branches related to end points, imaging devices and all related accessories.
- Ensure high availability of WAN and LAN network at corporate office and branch offices.
- Ensure 100% physical IT asset verification in all assigned branches on time keep update smart assets on changes made day to day basis
- Need to coordinate/escalate with OEMs/AMC vendors for earlier resolution of issues which reported.
- Adherence of process/policy of the organization on system administration and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Strong in IT device hardware and software skills
- Open to learn new technology and upgrade his/her skills based on the need of organization
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi
