Job Description: Analyze various types of loan transactions to assess borrower’s credit worthiness while ensuring administrative and operational compliance with regulatory and lender guidelines. Analyze credit reports, appraisals, title and closing documentation determine loan riskReview loan application packages for completeness and accuracy. Identify underwriting/data discrepancies and other diligence issues. Verify and validate income, assets, and liability documentation to support underwriting decisions.Review documentation for compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.Prioritize deals in Workflow queue in order to minimize turnaround time.Select required findings on each deal.Using the re-underwriting system, input: selected conditions, credit information, property details, and borrower information.Monitor emails and Teams to ensure responsiveness to all inquiries.Attend and successfully complete all required training courses.Basic Requirements:6 months-3years prior Mortgage Underwriting experience preferred.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Strong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to resolve complicated issues as they arise.Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task.Prior AUS experience required.Prior experience with FNMA/FHLMC guidelines required.Laura Mac experience a plusUG is mandatory (B.Tech excluded)Immediate joinerNote:UG is mandatory (B.Tech excluded)Immediate joinerAgents’ with 1month notice period- can be consideredOpenings for L1 & L2 roles.Maximum Salary band for L1-3.4LPA, L2-6LPA, based on last salary, experience, and submitted proof.Flexible to work under Rotational Shift – Mostly Night ShiftWork Mode: Work on Site / Work from Office
