Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Marketing Manager located in Madurai. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing regional marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Regional Marketing Activity • Branch Visibility Management • New Branch Support • Weak Branch Support • B2C Management • MIS Management
• Regional Marketing Activity Responsible for % increase in business through marketing activities planned & executed for the branches of various categories in the region- NCA Cost per lead: (Total expenditure on marketing/ Number of new customer leads sourced through marketing activities) maintained throughout the year. Innovative marketing Ideas initiated as per regions/local requirement
• Branch Visibility Management Develop benchmark and monitor for In- Branch Visibility and remove all Old communications which is not relevant at the branch : Product display, In-Branch Branding, Standee, Arch , Banners and Glow signs up keeping liaising through Admin
• New Branch Support Prepare on-ground marketing calendar for the Branch to create awareness and increase in Walk-ins, % of New loans from new customers (at the branch) through marketing initiatives. Evaluate and recommend branch visibility through Pathfinder, Wall Painting, local branch level activity etc. • Weak Branch Support Identify the branch based on the date of launch against the Business growth in terms loan dispersed i.e. Above 2 years branch 8 Cr of business to happen. Create Visibility and awareness for the branch through Marketing initiatives.
• B2C Management Prepare on-ground event calendar for the Region Evaluate and recommend productive , Van Marketing, Meals, Consumer promotion etc. Responsible for driving promotion activities in branch catchment areas. Business Index: (Total new customer business through marketing activities/ Total expenditure on marketing)
• MIS Management Monitor and report Daily activity Analyze and report effectiveness of POSM usage in Branch & Van Marketing and Consumer promotion Activity & Meals etc. Productivity and cost effective analysis Branch Visit Report
2-3 years of relevant experience or field Sales in Banking, FMCG Locality preferred. Branch Visibility /Support understanding POSM Know-how Excel & Power Point- Basic Knowledge of Computer
