The Candidate should have been working as a Software Engineer or Technical Lead or at a similar level with good experience in any of Cloud technologies like Amazon Web Services or Azure, experience in any of tools – Ansible, Terraform, ARM Template, Packer, Jenkins & GIT is an asset. Should have experience working with a global clientele in multi-cultural environments. Should have strong logical and persuasive skills in communication with senior management, reporting engineers, and customers. Should be committed to delivering on the commitments to the customer and external teams. The candidate should be a strong motivator and should drive continuous improvements within the team. Will to do what it takes to deliver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production live, customer support & Troubleshooting 
• Understand the set SLAs, support processes, and the importance of the availability of the systems and their performance. 
• Ensure adherence to Quality & Process compliance 
• Be the Technical focal point for all the Clients by demonstrating Technical skills for the issues raised
• Ability to write code in either Shell/Powershell etc. 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented 
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a 24x7x365 environment 
• Should be able to automate as much as possible using various tools 
• Required to build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and build, mentor, and groom the next layer in the team. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• BE/BTech/MCA candidate with 3 to 9 yrs exp in DevOps – CI/CD methodologies and experience working on AWS or Azure cloud
• Good experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, ARM Template, Packer, Jenkins & GIT  
• Good knowledge of Linux, networking, and medium knowledge about the cloud (Azure and AWS) along with scripting exposure
• Experience or Good knowledge of containerization – Docker/Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS)
• Diagnosing and resolving any Cloud-related issues, Containers, Jenkins, and others.
• Good written and verbal communication is a must, due to platform user and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with security best practices, different security vulnerability tools, and securing a cloud-based environment.
• Be an excellent problem solver, and willing to roll up your sleeves to tackle any issue thrown your way.
• Respond reliably to on-call issues as needed.
• Ability to work in shifts
