The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role within the IT industry. You will be responsible for managing 20 to 25 projects concurrently, ensuring their timely completion and client satisfaction. Strong technical expertise in MSP, Windows, Linux, security, and network technologies is essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are crucial qualities we are looking for. Responsibilities:
Manage 20 to 25 projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Maintain contractual agreements with clients, ensuring adherence to terms and delivering on promises.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong technical background in MSP, Windows, Linux, security, and network infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to clients.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with contractual agreements and the ability to ensure compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
