Job Description
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop and maintain the platform, including unit testing, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes. You will serve as one of the SMEs and technical advisers on the ServiceNow platform to guide and enable Best Practices processes and stakeholders to translate business requirements into feasible functional requirements that will then be developed on the platform.
The ideal candidate must have recent working knowledge of all the responsibilities and requirements outlined below.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Implement features in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Custom Applications, and Service Portal
Work on platform capabilities like Predictive Intelligence, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Agent workspace, Catalog Builder, UI Builder
Automate workflows in ServiceNow and streamline business processes.
Define and document user interfaces, support systems and data requirements.
Assist with development of test scripts and coordinate test efforts for internal testing, UAT, regression testing, etc.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with other developers to ensure that code is developed and maintained according to Best Practices
Write clear and concise technical documentation.
Ensure that the ServiceNow platform is properly documented and supported.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow, ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and CMDB, and share knowledge with the team.
Develop, install, unit test, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
Manage existing, as well as build and maintain platform integrations.
