- Responsible for Diagnostics & Troubleshooting and In house Proto Development of HV & LV wiring harnesses for 2/3 wheeler EV platforms
- BOM Verification before Vehicle build
- Test bench Setup readiness to verify EE components
- Functionality check in EE components before & After the build,
- Troubleshooting Electrical concerns in Validation and building vehicles
- Build concern document preparation and report readiness
- Field failure analysis of EE Components
- Analyzing connector, Terminal Datasheets for Suitable component selection
- Coordinating with the Build team for vehicle development activities
- Knowledge of 48V and 72V Electrical system
- Knowledge of Wiring harness Schematics and Drawing.
Key Skills Required
- Expertise in automotive wiring harness design and development
- Software/Tools/System Exposure
- NX / Creo / Solidworks (Optional)
- PLM tools like TC
- Target Companies OEMs only
