Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Python development, a strong understanding of software development best practices, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to take ownership of projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions using Python.Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback.Problem Solving: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.System Design: Participate in architectural design discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.Testing and Debugging: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure the stability of applications. Proactively identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Python development and recommend improvements to current processes and systems.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.Core Competencies:Proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with asynchronous programming and related frameworks (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
Preferred Qualifications:
