Skills Required – LabVIEW, NI Test stand, MATLAB
a. Must have – LabVIEW, NI Test stand, MATLAB
b. Are good to have – PTC Integrity, Minitab, CAN, and Automotive Communication Protocols.
Job Description
- Design LabVIEW real-time models, capable of creating models to deploy and run in the real-time simulator.
- Design HIL simulator using NI Compact RIO platform (HW interface, LabVIEW modeling, User interface, etc)
- Design test automation framework using NI Test stand, MATLAB, or other scripting languages
- Design and develop NI-based test cases engine features
- Define metrics for test automation, to ensure new functions and features
- Perform blank slate design for the engine product line.
- Come up with system, functional, and unit test cases for the telematics box.
- Performing both Automated as well as Manual testing and Maintaining Test results.
- Executing various kinds of testing like Sanity testing, Regression testing, Function testing, and Feature testing.
- Debugging Software as well as Hardware issues.
- Engine domain knowledge is good to have
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and Automated NI-based HIL test setups, and hardware troubleshooting.
