Job Description
- Transport Management – Performance monitoring, Optimum route planning, Explore the alternative means of transport and providing feedback on arrival conditions
- WSP Management – Space management, Addressing the warehouse infrastructure requirement, Monitoring WSP performance, Infrastructure development, Yearly contracts execution and spend management, Process improvement initiatives and implementation, Planning and Conducting quarterly audits, Ensuring EHS compliance and Pest Control
- Systems and Processes – Ensure timely execution of sales and stock transfer orders, Updating GRN completion and sales return in SAP, effective coordination with HO
- Inventory Management – Ensure that all the stocks are stacked in the warehouse as per SOP, with Zero inventory difference between physical stock & SAP. Monthly reconciliations of stock.
- Statutory Compliance – Ensure statutory compliance in regard to warehouse-like VAT registration certificates, licenses, display boards and etc.Endorsements of additional places of business, coordinations with HO team for timely endorsement
- Vendor Management – Build & Manage relationships with 3P logistics partner & vendor. Liaison & Negotiate effectively. Vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and selection. Ensure the outstanding statements are received every quarter and the “no dues” certificate is received
- People Development – Develop warehouse team on SAP and warehouse operations & standard practices
Educational Qualification
