About the Team:
We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer and Designer to lead a team of developers who will be responsible for developing, designing and maintaining multiple websites across our business. Working closely with our in-house Design, Content Marketing, and Demand Generation teams,
You will be working closely with our Account Management and Development Team and must have a solid knowledge and experience in PHP and platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce and BigCommerce ,Shopify.Magento, etc.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge and experience in WordPress, WooCommerce and BigCommerce,Shopify.Magento Platforms including structure, plugins, functionality themes and migrations.
- Solid coding skill set using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, jQuery and JavaScript while following web design and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in Domain Names, DNS Records, Payment Gateways, Internal SEO and Debugging.
- Experience with Site Builders including Visual Composer
- Expertise in performing quality assurance on the developed websites
- Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
- Able to solve complex problems.
- Coding CSS3 and JavaScript animations.
- Building using responsive frameworks such as Foundation and Bootstrap alongside custom media queries.

- Identifying problems uncovered by team and customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
- Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
- Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
- Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure we are maximizing SEO and our search rankings remain high
- Executing Campaign/Sale Material and functionalities across multiple websites and managing their performance from start to finish
- Directing or performing Website updates including ensuring security precautions are protected and always up to date.
- Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
