Job Description
Associate Program Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand the Client analytics ecosystem from business and technical standpoints so as to convert business requirements to software specifications and vice versa.
- Provide thought leadership in devising high-impact solutions for various domains; conduct workshops and manage knowledge collaterals for automated insights.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to conduct analyses of both high-level and granular ad-hoc business trends in technology/platform-agnostic scenarios.
- Structure and refine analyses with the goal of distilling insights from data, and be the face of eClerx to present the same to C-level execs for lasting actions.
- Be a self-starter with a bias for action; manage high-performing teams to deliver multiple projects within demanding deadlines simultaneously.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Skilled in Data Science – Hypothesis Testing and EDA, Regression, Segmentation, Classification, Forecasting, Advanced Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning Algorithms, Text Analytics, and NLP.
- Skilled in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, Retail and eCommerce Analytics, Sales Analytics, Customer Services and Operations Analytics, Pricing Analytics, and Competitive Analytics.
- Ability to present results of statistical models in business language
- Domain understanding of preferably two verticals amongst Retail, Cable, and Technology is a plus.
Tools and Platforms –
Must-Have: Python, SQL
Good to have: R, Tableau/PowerBI, SAS, Alteryx, Cloud platforms, data engineering platforms, DevOps platforms
