- Team Leadership, including talent management, succession planning, and individual development progression.
- Lead SPACE CIEC team
- Tight collaboration with the wider SPACE team to ensure new automation is built and supported
- Identify enhancements to existing development services and processes to enable continual improvement through delivery.
- Contribute to Sky’s automation strategy.
- Build strong working relationships with other departments across Sky

- Proven track record of managing development, testing, and analysis resources and experience with project tracking software (e.g., Jira)
- Experience in managing complex systems, prioritization, and handling multiple tasks in parallel
- Significant experience within waterfall and agile (Lean, Scrum, Kanban) environment and understanding of software development life-cycle
- The ability to handle non-routine queries and resolve complex issues across multiple technologies and applications
- Experience with RPA technology e.g., Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
