POSITION PURPOSE
The Marketing Automation Manager (Student Essentials) will oversee the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. This role involves strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to drive customer engagement and conversions. The manager will also provide leadership and support to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.

Strategic Campaign Planning
Develop and implement strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Oversee the creation and optimization of automation workflows to nurture leads through the customer lifecycle. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
Campaign Execution and Optimization
Plan, develop, and execute campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and compliance standards.
Lead nurturing
Define workflows for nurturing/automation campaigns. Identify and create automated campaigns to improve conversion. Analyze customer journey trends and design effective marketing automation strategies
Defining lead nurturing opportunities
Develop and provide periodic metrics and trends by country. Create dashboards for stakeholders to analyze campaign performance. Report monthly on standard KPIs to key stakeholders.
Collaboration
Meet regularly with teams to define campaign calendars and review results. Work closely with Student Essentials Product team on key initiatives and enhancements. Participate in the Marketing Automation Community and share best practices. Champion Student Essentials brand and value propositions in key marketing forums.

C ANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Essential Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing automation and multi-channel campaign management. Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platforms; Marketo certification is highly desirable. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Experience with SMS and WhatsApp marketing platforms. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
